Halo Water Proofing has been the Verona area's go-to call for Waterproofing because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
We're Halo Water Proofing — a OH-licensed, fully insured waterproofing outfit that's spent years learning exactly how water moves through Verona-area foundations, and exactly how to stop it.
Every technician on our Verona crew is background-checked, factory-trained on the equipment we install, and held to the same estimate we quote you over the phone — no upsell surprises when the truck pulls up.
One call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment window — not a call-back promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems rarely announce themselves all at once — they usually show up as small clues first. Here's what our Verona technicians hear about most often before an inspection.
A musty smell in the basement or crawl space is usually moisture you can't see yet, not just "old house smell."
Hairline cracks can widen over a Verona winter's freeze-thaw cycle and become active leak points by spring.
It's easy to dismiss efflorescence as harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement through the wall.
If your pump is running around the clock instead of only during storms, it's worth having it evaluated before it fails completely.
If a foundation wall looks like it's leaning or bulging inward, that's beyond a simple seal and needs a full assessment.
These signs upstairs are often the last clue Verona homeowners notice, even though the moisture issue started in the basement months earlier.
From an emergency pump swap at 2 a.m. to a full exterior drainage system, this is the work we do in Verona every day.
Storm season in Verona, OH means our emergency line gets busy fast — we triage calls by severity so active flooding at your Verona address jumps the queue ahead of routine inspections.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most Verona basements start leaking. We use polyurethane injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →Already have a sump pump that's failing or too small for your Verona lot? We'll test it, tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, and size the new one to your actual water volume — not the cheapest unit on the truck.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →Some Verona lots need both an interior and exterior system working together — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than selling just one.
Ask About Drain Systems →Musty smell upstairs that you can't explain? It's usually the crawl space. Our Verona crews encapsulate the space fully — floor, walls, and vents — so moisture stops migrating into your living areas.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial properties in Verona carry bigger stakes when water gets in: inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial jobs with the same crew leads who run our residential work, backed by written specs and timelines.
Request a Commercial Quote →No confusing steps, no hard sell — just the same process our Verona crews follow on every job.
We start with a phone conversation, not a script — enough to know whether this is an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We walk the space with you, point out what we find, and explain it in plain language — no jargon, no pressure.
No verbal estimates that change later. What's quoted for your Verona job is what's invoiced.
Our crew completes the work, cleans up the site, and walks you through the warranty coverage on what was installed.
You get a written number before any work begins — the price you approve is the price you pay, no change-order games.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers questions about your Verona job is the same one who shows up to do it.
Warranty terms are explained before you sign, in plain language, so there's no fine print surprise if you ever need to use it.
If your Verona basement just needs a $200 crack seal instead of a $12,000 system, that's what we'll tell you.
Filing a water damage claim in Verona, OH can be confusing — we've done it enough times with Verona adjusters to help you avoid common denials.
